Yes, I would like to ask someone that's in a legal field that right now i'm goign to school to be a paralegal and i've been separted from my husband since october of last year 2004 and we were thinking about gettign back together and i just found out that he commint an adultry on with another women and i need an divorce and i don't have alot of money or money at all and i'm looking for a job so someone was telling me that i w\could file an divorce myself and i need to no what steps i need to take to do it myself and to add child support with it.

Lots of books for sale in book stores on do it yourself divorces also Nolo Press has some. If you are in Travis County, Tx and the divorce is absolutely uncontested with no fighting call the courthouse library and there are attys who will help you through this for free. Also, try places like legal aid, voluntary legal services, any free legal aid agencies in your area.
