Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Forms needed for a divorce in Texas
What forms do I need for an uncontested divorce? We were considered common law and filed our taxes together in 2007 for the year of 2006. We have not been living together for over a year, we have already split our belongings, share no accounts, property, or children. We have both lived in the same county we were ''married'' in for at least 6 months. I got some forms online but I'm not sure which ones to file. Most forms have questions that don't apply. Do I leave them black or write n/a?

Your really should hire a good family law attorney. It will save you time and money in the long run. Divorces are not really DIYS.
