foster wants to adopt

our 4 month old foster child has been in our home since birth and his parents have reliquished their rights. (But the mother only reliquished her rights after the foster mom of his 15 month sibling agreed to adopt both children!) our 4 month old has never been visited by his attorney ad liteum or any casa worker . the rights were given up at the siblings hearing. No one was present to represent us or the 4 month old as far as we know. help help help

Sounds like you've waited 'til you're behind the 8-ball. Why weren't you at the hearing. if you want to adopt this child you better get busy right away and get yourself a lawyer.
