This is only an issue if her husband is not the biological father. I'm assuming you feel it's very unlikely that he is.

The child will be considered a child of the marriage so you will have to file a suit to establish your parternity once this is all over. But that wasn't your question.

The pregnancy itself shouldn't be material to her getting her kids. The circumstances surrounding the relationship she has with you might get in her way, though, pregnant or not.

She needs to talk to her attorney about this. If she doesn't have one, it's time to get one.
