Maybe what you meant to ask was whether you were entitled to any part of the business or income from the business. Depending on where your wife got the money to open the day care center, her ownership interest may be community property, which makes you a part owner (although not a manager or person having any say in what the business does). Any income that your wife makes from the business is community income for as long as you are married, although you wouldn't necessarily have any say in how that income is used.
