Any free forms that someone could provide? Motion to Enforce Final Divorce Decree and Motion to modify Final Divorce Decree due to ex-husband foreclosure on home and loss of home sale to provide the mediation agreed to. All of this is in Texas

There are none that I'm aware of.

You can go to any law library and try to figure it out yourself. Harris County law library is extensive.

I believe you will need to hire an attorney to do an enforcement. It is very complex.

I highly recommend Patricia Bushman at 713.807.9405. Call her and tell her that FRAN sent you.

Pat can ask the court to order him to pay some of your legal fees since you are being forced to go back to court for what he was ordered to do.
