Is there a organization to help me get a divorce from my husband who is in prison? As I have no money and need any help that I can get. He was sentenced for 18 years and has served 3. He has been abusive in the past and He is fixing to get out on parole. Do you have any advice for me? Thank You for your time.

In addition to Mr. Williams suggestion, there is a North Texas Legal Services in Dallas. If you do not qualify for either of these, try Catholic Charities, even if you are not Catholic. They also keep a list of pro bono attorneys. Also contact the DA office and ask them for a protective order.
