Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My friend has 2 kids with her X husband, he has full custody, she has visitation. Custody order says he can't move from Houston for 2 years, it's been 3 months, he's threatening to disregard the order and tale the children to Scotland permanently & immediately. What's her recourse?

File an emergency motion to keep the kids here.

Look on this website and on www.avvo.com for an attorney in the county where the case was originally handled.

She needs to locate an attorney immediately.

Do the kids have passports? If not, they cannot leave and go to Scotland.

She can also call Immigration and ask that the children's names be put on a no fly list since dad is threatening to run with them and hide them outside the US.
