Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
a friend of mine living in Texas was recently contacted by her ex who owes 100,000 in back child support. His present resident is unknown to me at this time. Is it possible that my friend can have his wages garnished for all back support as well as future support?

You can't garnish for FUTURE child support. You can garnish for CURRENT child support and for ARREARAGES.
If she knows where the ex works, she can get the Attorney General to do an AIWH (administrative income withholding order).
