Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

A friend is pregnant and doesnt want her baby and i want legal custody and we need to get father removed from the picture as he has abandoned her during pregnancy with no intent on returning and get me custody.

Hire an attorney in your county. Father must receive notice of lawsuit. Does not matter if he is worhtless or uninterested.
