Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

A friend received a Magistrate's Order for Emergency Proection against her from one of the people that she and her baby (the baby daddy is in prison) lived with (boyfriend's dad's and girlfriend) but no where on the order does it list her son as being protected but though the people are refusing to let her get her son and she can't go within 200 yards of the victim - how does she go about getting her son and they have no legal rights to the child and are also refusing to give her their possessions as well.
