Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

friends divorce

My friend has recently seperated from his wife and they are filing for divorce. When they had a discussion about what he would get and what she would get they agreed on everything. She had moved out and a week later, came back and took everything, including property that he owned before the marriage. Is there anything he can do to get any of his things back?

She forgot about the agreement? Sometimes they do that. He needs to get a lawyer to file a TRO to prevent her from keeping the property or disposing of it. Might as well file for divorce at the same time.
