Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
''so very frustrated''
I have been separated for over 3 years now and have been paying my child support on time up until 3 months ago. my ex-wife wont let me see my kids that often because of that. i havent been able to see my kids also because i move to a diff city but she is now going to move here too. my problem is that if she moves, she wont want to give me her new address and i fear that moment. i contacted the child support office and they said i would have to take her to court for contempt of court. what do i have to do incase i do take her to court. what evidence should i present or get. the last time she wouldnt see my kids i called the police to her house and she didnt open the door so they couldnt even file a report. i'm getting tire of her and i will no longer have pittie for her and i need to know what i need to win incase i do file charges against her.
