Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

frustrated in Texas...I had one day notice t appear for my final divorce. I was late it was a 5 hour drive for me and for unforseen circumstances I was late becoming a default divorce. Can that be turned around by the judge.

The answer is maybe.

It depends on how long ago the divorce decree was signed.

After a certain period the divorce becomes final. After that date you cannot make any changes.

You need to talk to an attorney immediately. I would call an attorney on Monday morning.
