Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What can I do to get full custody when I am already primary custodial parent? I have a 13 month old daughter, been divorced since Feb. 2. Her father was ordered to pay 300 a month in child support and has not paid at all, I called the child support office and they dont even have him on file to pay because of him not signing a final decree. His visitation is every first and third weekend of every month and every wenesday. Also he isnt working and isnt even looking for a job. I have had to file 3 police reports on him since the divorce for threats, harrassment, and trespassing as well as now has a criminal trespassing order. I am lost and dont have enough money for another attorney but I cant live this way anymore in fear and the threats of everytime he has my daughter that he isnt going to give her back. He doesn't care if I say I will call the cops or care he goes to jail. Please help me I cant go through this anymore and neither does my daughter.

If you want a consultation, I charge $2 per minute to meet with you in person.

You need to bring a certified copy of your current court order with you when you meet with me. You can bring anyone you want to the meeting for support and they can ask questions. Most appointments take 1-2 hours. It's entirely up to you. You control how much money you spend.

You have only be divorced since 2/2/2010. Unless you have an emergency, you are only entitled to go to court once a year You definately need to save your money and hire an experienced and tough family law attorney.

I would strongly urge you to talk to an experienced family law attorney about your current orders that are in place. Your situation sounds like it's not working. However, you need new court orders.

Without more information there is not any legal advice I can give you. Sorry!
