Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
How can I get full custody of my son, if me and his biological father have never been married?

You don't give a lot of information to answer your question.
I suggest that you meet with an attorney in person.
In TX, it is presumed joint custody. I assume you want the right to have primary custody with no residency restrictions. And you want rights and duties to be made by you solely without having to consult with the father. (If you don't understand what I just typed then you definitely need to talk to an attorney ASAP.)
It's irrelevant that you've never been married. I handle cases all the time of folks that have never been married.
Whether you like it or not, you are going to be co-parenting with Dad for the rest of your child's life.
Please hire an attorney to help you and explain TX laws to you.
