Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have full custody of our son and his father has supervised visitations because he has a brain injury and is unable to take care of himself or our child. He lives with his mother. They told him when he turns thirteen he can come live with them. Can this happen?

If somebody goes to Court and convinces a judge to modify the custody order, yes, the child could go to live somewhere else. Until that happens, no, the child doesn't automatically go to live somewhere else when he reaches a certain age.
