Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am a full time student who is $5000.00 behind on his child support and is about to go to jail. Do I have to continue to pay child support while i am enrolled in college?

Based on what you have written, assuming that you have a current valid court order establishing child support - you have to support your child. There may be a possibility to modify the current order, but any such modification would be subject to approval by the court.
