Can a fulltime college student (male) be forced to drop out of classes in order to work full-time and pay child support for a child he may be determined to have fathered?

He cannot be forced to drop out of college or work full-time but he can be ordered to pay child support. THAT might necessitate dropping out of college. There are many factors that go into the child support equation. The standard guidelines are just that--guidelines. An argument can be made to vary from the guidelines.

It is true that most courts will use the guidelines most of the time, but they are not absolute.
