Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My soon to be future spouse asked me to write out a Hand Written Prenuptial agreement stating that I would pay her $35,000.00/per year for each 1 year we are married. I signed the agreement, but my spouse didnot sign the agreement, and on the date this agreement was hand written and dated my future spouse was still married to another man. In the State of Texas is this an enforceable Prenuptial Agreement taking into consideration 1) she didnot sign the agreement, and 2) at that time she was still married to another man?

You are not married so write her and revoke it. Also, have her sign "acknowledgement or receipt". Have a witness willing to come to court to testify to document that she signed without duress or threat & that you delivered it to her.
Don't marry her. If no marriage, no money.
Go see a family law attorney and draft a "real" pre-nup. Technically both of you need attorneys for a pre-nup to be valid. You must both make full disclosure of all debts and assets you have.
There might be other options and after you meet with an attorney in person and let him review the document and talk to you, you will learn more.
