Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can i gain custody of my children if my wife had an affair for two years. I am in the military and i deployed overseas. She called and notified me of the affair and ten told me she was pregnant by her lover.

Adultery is not a grounds for gaining custody although the previous misdeeds of a parent can be considered in determining the best interests of the children. You need to talk with a good family law attorney in your home county.
