Gas Royalties Division

Spouse inherited land that is now providing gas royalty income.

If said coulple divorces, would the other spouse be entitled to any of the royalty income?

Possibly, by some theory of community property reimbursement, etc. Generally speaking, inherited property is separate property. But, the income can become community property. If divorce is contemplated, better get a lawyer.
