Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
The Gaurdian of my daughter wants to take my name off the birth certificate and put her own name! Can she do it without my consent? And what rights do I have as her birth mother?

A guardian can't change a birth certificate just because she wants to do so.
Only a judge can change a birth certificate. That would require the guardian to go to a judge and ask for a change on the birth certificate.
