i gave my child up for adoption to cps i was young and unstable at the time im married now and have a child with him how do i go about getting my child back he hasnt been adopted yet

You may not be able to. You don't say if the court has ordered termination of parental rights, and if so when. If there is any chance at all, you need to act quickly. A family lawyer will need to review the documents you signed, and the court's file, to be able to tell you if there is any chance.
