Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hi, I have a generic question: second week of the month Oct 14, 2011 (Friday) and Oct 17, 2011 (Monday) is off for the child as Mid Term holiday. Does the non custodial parent (awarded extended possession by the court)have the right to possession on Thursday Oct 13, 2011 until Friday morning 8am?
