geographic restriction

ex wife wants to move out of state to remarry and take our two children with her in spite of the geographic restriction in the divorce decree

can I prevent her from changing the decree

This will depend on how attentive you have been as a father. If you see your kids often, most likely she will fail. If you have been an absent father, then most likely she will succeed.

If you have been an attentive father, file a TRO and Motion for Enforcement-- now. Not after she leaves. This could be a basis for obtaining custody if you are the good guy here.
