Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Little Girl Need Help

The father of 2 little girls lives with a woman who his daughters are terrified of. The lady & her mother (both) spanks the tiny girls (against court orders), has cut their long hair just to make their mom mad, fraudently used their Social Numbers - and SO much more. The woman even made a fake CPS report against the mother .. and CPS revealed this - yet nothing happens to the lady. These things happens when the kids visist their Dad. Can a Protective Order be gotten against this woman (to protect the kids)? The dad lets it happen to the girls. The police won't help. The Dad will not let the kids talk to their Mom on the telephone while they are at his house. The Dad does anything he can to the Mom. The kids need protection. Something has to be done before more happens. A Protective Order would help.

Re: Little Girl Need Help

You have asked a series of complicated questions.

If someone has violated a court order, then a contempt case can be filed against that person. Be advised that it might be difficult to have information that does not fall under hearsay.

Anyone can call CPS and ask for CPS to open a case. It happens every day.

If phone calls are not ordered then the father is not violating any court order. Perhaps a modification of the current orders is appropriate.

I urge you to consult with an attorney to discuss these issues in detail. It is impossible to handle such complicated issues via email.

Good luck!
