Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

a girl friend of is going through this- she has custody of her 6month old baby and the father has his weekend rights. well he is in court over sleeping with a 13yr old girl and he is out on bond right now does she have the right to not let him take the baby until the case is over, she is scared he might run. thanks for any help.

A father has weekend overnight visits with a 6 month old? That is unusual in Texas. Yes it happens but not often.

If she wants to modify the current court order then she needs to file a motion to modify.

If she does not have an attorney, she needs one.

If she has one, then she needs to be talking to him/her and not seeking advice on a free website.
