Me and girl friend have a house togather and two kids found her cheating and now I moved out what kind of rights do I have???

Well, you are not going to the primary conservator since you're the one who moved out. That's not 100% true--depending on a lot of other facts, but it's probably true.

The house is a separate issue.

You can file a Suit Affecting the Parent-Child relationship. The court will give you visitation rights and make you pay child support. You can have the AG to this for you for free.
