Tread very carefully here.
Repost your question, directed at Florida law, so you know what will happen when you arrive. Marrying in Florida might be permissible, and might be a viable option for you.
Might not be a viable option for the girlfriend.
In Texas you are more than three years older than your girlfriend, and can be charged with a criminal offense.
Signing the birth certificate will be evidence, but then so will DNA.
Hospital personnel in FL may be required to report what they know.
Being charged, requires that this be reported to the police. Stay friendly, quiet, and find a lawyer.

Ms. Langford is correct. You committed a crime in TX. If she was under 16 when you had sex with her, then that is a second degree felony in FL. You would be well advised to stay on good terms with the mother, and to get an attorney to go over the facts with you.
