Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My girlfriend and i split up a little over 2 years ago we have 2 kids together i tried to take her to court over custody of our children every time i get a court date she postpones it saying she cant make it that day she has now left the state (texas) with them it has been 2 years since i have seen my daughters what can i do

You can follow through with the case pending, if she has been properly served the court will not continue to reschedule if she does not show. You need to contact an attorney to assist you with understanding your rights and options.
