Soon to be ex has girlfriend and temp custody of child - ethical?

We are not yet divorced although going through it. He has a girlfriend and temporary custody of my son. Is this ethical and can I press charges?

Press charges? Criminal charges? For what?

From your post, am guessing that you do not have a lawyer, but that you need to get one.

If he has temporary custody through a court order, then there has been a hearing. You need a lawyer to present your situation properly to the court.
