my girlfriend's dad its getting divorced because his wife cheated on him and my girlfriend its only 15 but her mom doesn't like her and her mom wants to take her to california but she doesn't wanna go

If her father is involved in her life, it's not likely the court will allow the child to be whisked off to CA.
