If i give up my parental rights do i have to pay support to the parent who has the child ?

One does not "give up one's parental rights" without court approval. Unless a judge signs and order that terminates your parental rights, you're still "at risk" for a child support order.

But generally, if your parental rights ARE terminated by court order, you no longer have to pay child support.
