Giving up rights

If a father to an unborn baby gives up his rights, can his parents who also wanted him to give up his rights, can they later on after the baby is born get grandparents rights to see the baby?

It is unlikely the father will be able to "give up his rights." The Court may, for one reason or another, decide to terminate his rights, but he can't just decide to deny his obligations to the child. If his rights are terminated that would terminate any grandparent relationship as well and the grandparents would have no standing to seek rights to see the child.
