Good afternoon. I am a widow with three kids. I have lived with a man in Texas for the past 15 months. Am I considered common law?

As long as you've "just" been living together, no, you would not be considered to be common-law married. You'd have to also be telling other people you're married and both of you consider yourself to be married.
