Do I have a good chance of moving

My ex owes nearly $35,000, he hasn't shown up to see the children since last March (it's Dec now). He has made no contact with them at all. My husband has a new job in Houston (We would still be in the same state) do I stand a good chance of being able to move?

You present a compelling argument to lifting the geographic restriction. Get a lawyer to file a modification.
