Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a good friend who is going through the divorce process and her about to be ex has threatened her by saying he is going to keep their son and not give him back to her. also his girlfriend has said she will file the child on income tax the police said they could not file a protective order because there has been no physical abuse but she feels he life is in danger of harm

Your friend needs an experienced family law attorney. If she has not hired one, she needs to retain the services of one immediately.

The girl friend can say anything but remember the IRS can audit anyone they want to!
