Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Good morning! My wife and I seporated over a year ago and set up custody/visitation/child support last May. We have agreed to file a non contested, no fault divorce. When we file the divorce, do we need to submit that part of the divorce petition again? Thank you!

If you have a court ordered agreement for child support & custody then you refer to that in the petition. You also include the info in the Final Decree of Divorce.
I'm not sure what you meant by "set up" - I assume it was court ordered. If not, then you need to include it in the court order to make it enforceable.
I would hire an attorney to help you. Look on this website & on www.avvo.com for an attorney.
