Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have two grand children ages 3 and 4 cps has investiagted their home since then my daughter has gone to jail and i had to pick up the children and asked cps to help obtain poa papers and the case worker has draged his feet and she is no longer in this county and dont know for how she will be detained long is there anything else i can do to get poa so i can get these children goverment assistance

Start calling lawyers. Don't count on the CPS to help you with ANYTHING.
