Can a grand parent get child support if the mother of the child does not whant child support? The mother lives with the grand mother.

To get child support, I believe you must be a conservator of the child. Otherwise, the court would not have jurisdiction to award you support.

See a family lawyer about being named a conservator. If this is not possible, you can always make mom pay her way.
