Grand Parents Visitation

What are my rights as a Grand Parent.? The Father has sole custody and is not allowing any contact at this time?

Have either of the child's parents died? Have their rights been terminated? This area of law is one in flux for several years now. The Texas Family Code has several provisions related to Grandparent Rights, (which you can google) and a line of cases attempting to bring those provisions in line with a 2000 US Supreme Court case. The specific facts of your case will determine the likelihood of success.
