what is the age a child have to be to say what parent they want to live with does a grandmother have right to vist teir grandmother

At 12 they can state where they would like to live but it is NOT binding on the Judge.

For a grandmother to visit a grandchild, she must keep the parent with custody happy.

After a landmark US Supreme Court case aka Troxel, parents have a superior right to determining what is best for their children. (Grandparents had their shot raising their own children. If you raised a unreasonable or irrational child, you will now reap what you have sown.)
