Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Who can help me as far as my granddaughter who does not want to live with her mother or father. How do I go about selecting the correct lawyer or one that can guide us and one who will listen to my granddaughter and her grandparents?

First, just know that grandparents have very limited rights in Texas. Every time our legislature meets, they take more rights away from grandparents, so don't get your hopes up too much.

Find an attorney who only practices family law. You can find good attorneys at w w w . a v v o . c o m by searching in your county.
