Can grandmother sue 15 year olds biological mother for support

15 year old was given to grandmother at birth. Biological mother has other children and lives in Texas. Has never had anything to do with this child. Father is unknown. Can biological mother be sued for child support?

Yes, provided that grandmother is appointed managing conservator, mother is appointed possessory conservator, this assumes that no adoption has been accomplished.

Typically, yes. Check with an attorney because there are certain requirements and limitations for going back in time.

Yes. This must be done when the child is under the age of 18. Child support ends when a child turns 18 or graduates from high school.
