I am a grandparent. i have a court order for grandkids to live in my home. if the parent is removing the children, am i considered in contempt of the court order?

It depends on your orders, but you might be. Please take your order to a local attorney and let him or her read it carefully so as to be able to give you advice carefully tailored to your situation. Genearlly, if you are doing something the court said not to do, you can be found in contempt of court.
