Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I'm a grandparent with custody of my grandson who is 11. I'm wanting to know how or what needs to happen to give the custody to his father. The child has zero relationship with his mother. Can you advise where I should start?

You would file a petition for modification and ask the Judge to change the order that gives you custody. You have to do this even if everybody agrees to it.
