When a couple gets a divorce,an one of them remarries.An our son gave his rights up can they keep
the grandparent an greatgranparents from seeing the
the children. the parents none told us that because there names have been changed. they or know longer our grandchildren. Even if there last names changed
an not the grandparents.

You would have to assert your own legal action for grandparent visitation. Your may have given up his rights but close examination of the documents will reveal that he cannot give up your rights to the children.
