grandparents rights
my grandchildren are in foster home due to being removed from my son and his wife.cps refuses for me to get a copy of my home study evan tho they told me that i failed because of lack of money...i feel i have the right to know what is in the home study....it is on me and my grandchildren,i feel i should have rights....my questio?n is .....what can i do?what rights can i have to the children? lack of money is one reason i can not have them according to texas cps...what can i do to keep from losing my grand-children forever?

Home studies are confidential. Normally they are only viewed by the parties to the lawsuit. At this time you are not legally a party. Contact low cost legal clinics in your area, such as Catholic Charities or North Texas Legal Services or SMU Law Clinic, to see if you qualify for services. You need to file a Grandparent's Intervention to become a party to the lawsuit. If your son and his wife lose their parental rights, you will also if you do not intervene.
