Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Grandparent's rights
My ex husband was arrrested in Nov. for online solic of a minor. His mother knew he was arressted but says she did not know what for, this was his 3rd strike--he took a plea deal for 7 years in TDCJ, she was calling my 4 year old and he would get upset. I asked her to let him adjust before she calls again because he has been through so much. My 10 year she never called after the divorce and only wants to talk to the now 4 year old. She has threatened to fight me for grandparent's rights because I am terminating the rights of her son to my children. My question is what rights does she have in the state of Texas?

Very little. The attorney that represents you in the termination can assist you in stopping this contact.

This is complicated and not really something that can be answered in an email. You really need a good family law attorney if you don't already have one. This is not a do-it-yourselfer.
My question to you is, why are you putting your 4 year old on the phone???
